SOCIO-CULTURAL AND PHILOSOPHICAL ASPECTS OF THE TRANSFORMATION OF VALUES IN NEW UZBEKISTAN

Abstract

This article analyzes the process of value transformation in New Uzbekistan from socio-cultural and philosophical perspectives. It substantiates the strengthening of the dialectical relationship between national and universal values in the context of globalization, technological progress, and social modernization. The research em- ploys philosophical-axiological analysis and sociological approach methods. The im- pact of changes in the value system on social consciousness, cultural environment, and personal identity is revealed. The article scientifically establishes the central im- portance of values such as human dignity, knowledge, innovation, and social justice in New Uzbekistan. The obtained results allow for the interpretation of value trans- formation as a socio-historical necessity.
