Abstract

This article analyzes the fundamental role and significance of the “Art&Engineering” discipline in modern interior design. The author explores the synthesis between the aesthetic principles of art and precise engineering calculations. The paper highlights the impact of parametric design, smart lighting systems, and innovative materials science on shaping interior environments. It substantiates that creating an interior at the level of a work of art is impossible without engineering solutions and emphasizes that the integration of these two fields serves to improve human comfort and quality of life.
